David Karsten

Born and raised on Lake Ontario in Western New York, Dave grew up as a farm boy. At a young age he learned about livestock, sportsmanship, home renovation and the construction process in the building of houses and farms. Dave fell in love with Fort Lauderdale during his senior year of high school and relocated to Florida at the young age of 19.

Passion for Construction

As a resident of Florida, Dave worked in the hospitality and travel industry yet somehow felt unfulfilled. Years later, he went back to his true passion, the construction business. While working in construction, Dave realized the importance of a company that understood the needs of clients. This included the ability of customers to select the correct materials and having the talent of being able to focus on the desired final appearance of a construction project. The ultimate goal was to provide a lifelong lasting final product that customers would be proud of, as an addition to their homes.

Foundation of Bellcast Construction

Dave finally decided to take the plunge while working for a construction company. He moved forward in attaining his Roofing Contractor license. It did not take him long to organize the best construction team available as he founded Bellcast Construction LLC in January 2020.

The deadly pandemic slowed things down, but Dave took the necessary measures to make sure everyone remained safe. From that point forward, Bellcast Construction LLC has been gaining recognition and is currently considered one of the fastest growing roofing companies available in South Florida.

Future Plans

Dave’s passion goes beyond roofing as he enjoys a variety of construction. He continually works at getting certifications and licenses needed to expand Bellcast Construction LLC.
