Right now we are offering 2 types of financing. The first is a “Low Interest” construction loan. The 2nd is paid yearly with your property taxes. They require little or NO money down and some programs are NOT credit driven.

At Bellcast Construction LLC we make every effort to complete the job on time. On occasion, Mother Nature does not cooperate. In that instance we will inform you of the path to completion. We will NEVER leave your home open to the elements.

Not necessarily. Leaks can result from flashings that have come loose or a section of the roof system being damaged. A complete roof system failure, however, generally is irreversible and a result of improper installation or choice of materials. The roof system installation may also be inappropriate for the home or building.
